Hey guys! So, as of yesterday, the site is officially two months old, and it's been going pretty great so far.
Activity has drooped a bit in the last while, and I know that I take much of the blame for that. You can't expect a site to be super active when the admin is barely around, and I apologize, guys. But for the next month it's unlikely that I'll return to my usual activity. I've got lots of hospital visits in the works, drama, and just a busy life in general. Those things, especially my health, have to take priority over this site, even though it is my baby. <3
So, while thinking of this, I realized it's not fair to all of you if the only moderator on the site goes 'poof' for a while. So I figured: why not search for staff?
What I'm looking for is someone to keep the place up and running while I'm away. Welcome new members, accept new applications, advertise, keep threads alive by becoming involved in threads with others, and things like that in general. It would also be great if there were someone to help me make skins and that for the site. I can always mooch graphics off of my Lar (<3 you, Lar!) but if there is anyone who would like to take on the appearance of the site as their official job you can certainly apply. You would remain a moderator once I return, most likely. So no, this isn't a 'Imma use you and then throw you away when I don't need you any more' sort of thing.
I'm not classifying this as 'co-admin' or 'moderator' or anything like that. Who knows, maybe I'll accept more than one person if many apply. Maybe I'll have a co-admin and graphics mod. Or an advertising mod and co-admin. I'm not sure right now. I want to see who's interested before I make any decisions. =P Just because you apply doesn't mean you'll get a position, but you all know that I completely love you all no matter what. <3
So if you're interested, please just send me a PM saying why, if you have any previous experience, examples of graphics you have made (if you'd like to take on a skin making role), and anything else you think I should know. You can also talk to me through private Chatango, Skype, or any other messaging address of mine for those of you who have them.
