She grinned as she was joined into her dominion by the boy, one thing about Kianna was that she loved to corrupt people into seeing the world as she did, and tonight another one shall join her in her crazy effed up world. A small chuckle left her lips as she handed him the bottle that she had removed from her seemingly endless bag. "You may do the honors, good sir." Her hazel eyes were focused entirely on him. She could sense the reluctant manner in which he was moving in. No that wasn't her power, but she could always sense when someone didn't want to do something. She wasn't one to press on with things, but she seemed to want to corrupt this innocent child. "Don't chug to hard, it'll shock your system"

James shook his head and took the bottle. "What, you think this is my first time?" Really, it was only his second, and the first time had been how he'd decided that he hated alcohol in addition to drugs. Drugs had killed his parents, but he had no personal vendetta against alcohol, except for his one previous experience with it. A friend at school had offered it casually, as though it was something everybody did, and for all he knew it was. James had been to countless schools in the past few years, and this boy had acted as though drinking was not only a rite of passage, but everybody's favorite past-time. He'd accepted the bottle in the school bathroom with only a hint of outward hesitation, just enough to let them all know that he was a good kid, one who wouldn't have done this on his own. (That was the last time he'd let anything of the sort show, of course.) But then he'd choked on it, how sharp it was, and the taste lingered for hours.
At her invitation, though, he was going to do it again. No, not just her invitation; he'd sought her out, looked for some way to get rid of his troubles, and here it was. James closed his eyes, tipped the bottle up, and took a drink.

She watched him with eyes like hawk, it wasn't usual for her to be around norms, and here she was. The kid knew nothing about where she was from, or who what she was. She tilted her head as he asked her a question that had pressed on her mind as soon as she handed him the bottle her eyebrow raised before she let her voice break through her lips. "Your hesitation betrays you, and if it isn't, you've only done it once and didn't like it. Am I right?" She raised her eyebrow, she didn't know really. She was just speaking from experience. Though that was a long time ago when she was just starting out as a younglin at powers. She had tasted alcohol and was instantly repulsed by it. She chuckled as she watched him drink from the bottle. Her tongue snaked along her now suddenly dry lips.
She pulled the second bottle from her, the green bottle was still cold and chilled as if she had a ice bucket in her bag. She sighed as she undid the bottle, with quite a struggle due to her gloves. Though she couldn't chance taking the gloves off, not now. He wasn't acustomed to being around powers, and nor did he know who she was. She finally pulled the bottle lid off, a grin etching itself onto her face, as she tipped the bottle to her lips. The sweet nectar slowly carressed her throat, before she sighed and blinked at him. "So.. Whats your excuse?" If she was going to sit here and drink away her sorrows with a companion, she better find something to talk about.

James shook his head. The taste was still strong, like a burning acid on his tongue, but he needed it. He let his entire mind focus on the sensations, the foreign taste in his mouth, and everything else slowly fell away. He didn't need to think about going "home", wherever that was, or bothering with his foster parents. He didn't need to worry about this girl's opinions. This wasn't any sign of a buzz, not yet; this was him simply not caring. He was drinking, and all his inhibitions were gone.
He again tipped the bottle up, then looked back at Kianna. He couldn't not answer her, not when she'd given him this miracle from hell, but it was so complicated. "Family," he said finally. "Fighting with my parents. I'm not going home tonight."

She let the sweet nectar tickle her throat as she grinned. This was how her life had become so fucked up. She was to become an alcoholic and have incoherent speech by 25+. She was only in her second year at Powers, and she was drinking alcohol. Her parents would shake their heads if they saw her. She hadn't seen any of her family since she was submitted to Powers. Not even her twin, they had disowned her. She had occasional texts from her little sister, but that wasn't enough, not for Kianna. She wanted to hug her sister, she wanted to kiss her on the forehead and treat her like the old 5 year old lexie. A long sigh passed her lips as she closed her eyes.
The green bottle was at her lips again, she was chugging. Before she lowered the bottle and looked to the boy next to her. He was only a year or so above her, she couldn't really tell. She bit at her lips as he spoke. "Atleast you get to see yours, atleast you wasn't disowned by them." She didn't actually intend to tell him why, or what the actual reason was, she'd make up some lie or something.

James scoffed. "What, you think it's my real family? If I was with my real family, I wouldn't be running off after dark to find some stranger with booze." He'd already finished probably a quarter of the bottle. It was reckless, and he knew he was going too fast, especially for only his second time, but tonight was about forgetting. Learning and forgetting. Learning about Kianna, possibly learning a little about himself, but mostly about forgetting.
He set the bottle down on the edge of the blanket and stretched out on his back, staring up at the dark sky. There were no stars, but he couldn't tell if it was too cloudy or simply too early in the evening. Though it was dark, it was October, and it couldn't have been later than eight or so in the evening. But it was nice, laying out like this with somebody. Even if he was only there to drink, he could learn a little bit. Before he let anything else slip, he added, "I get the feeling neither of us wants to talk about our families. Let's not, then, huh? What about you? Tell me about you."

As he scoffed she turned her head and glared at him. If only he knew, if only he bared the pain of what she had to put up with. She bit back her retort, closing her eyes as she took in a deep breath. She tipped the bottle to her lips once more, cutting the juice down to 3/4. She blinked as she whispered. "I wish I was someone else, I wish my family would see that I'm no different then what I was 2 years ago." She shook her head as she opened her eyes, and looked to him, she actually had tears somewhat welling in her eyes. "I just wish I could touch people, and not have to worry. I wish I was someone else." She didn't exactly tell him what she was, or why. She just said how she felt.

James paused in mid-reach toward the bottle. He wasn't sure what to do about this, the girl's tears. His little brother was the only person who cried around him anymore, and even then Chris sought somebody else for comfort. He'd long since realized that his older brother couldn't help him. Even if he'd wanted to, James was helpless. How could he understand his little brother's tears when he couldn't bring himself to shed his own?
"What'd you do two years ago? Run away? I couldn't blame you. More trouble than they're worth, you know." He let his fingers close around the bottle and raised it to his lips. "Better to do what you want. Your family will just get in the way. If they don't accept you, that's their loss."

She didn't exactly understand why she was crying, heck the alcohol hadn't numbed her whole body yet. Her gloved hand pushed away the tears as she pulled the bottle back to her lips. She had never cried in front of someone, alcohol didn't do this to her, it was the reason she was drinking alcohol that did. "No. I wish I could. Just run away from all the bullshit, honestly. They really not worth it." She shook her head, as she yawned slightly. She wasn't tired, just bored. Boredem + alcohol, it was bound to end up with awkward questions in the morning.

"Then do it. What's stopping you? If they're that bad, then leave. That's what I did." For the night, anyhow. He could never leave Mark and Alyson for good, not when Chris was comfortable there. A home that Chris could stand, parents that were willing to take them both in together... it was more than he could have hoped for, and if this didn't work out, he knew they would likely be split up. Once James turned eighteen, they would be for sure, if only because James would be too old to stay in the foster care system. He needed to find a good place for Chris to stay before that happened. "Besides, you'll feel better about it. I'm only happy when I'm out of that house."

"They'll find me before I get far enough." By they she meant the powers. At the school they didn't use bodyguards. They used the kids with tracking abilities, which was rather annoying. Though all Kianna had to do was touch a surface and she would see the past or future, she couldn't run away, not yet. She didn't have control of her power. "I'll go when it's time." She lifted her bottle to her lips, chugging at the green glass, she emptied the bottle and just flopped onto the floor. She wasn't out cold, her eyes were open. She was staring at the sky. "Do you ever wish you could fly?"

Half of his bottle was gone now, and she was on the ground next to him. James turned and looked over at her, then followed her gaze up to the sky. He considered the question seriously for a moment before shaking his head. "No. It's not worth the trouble. Somebody would always be standing under me with either a gun or a safety net." He sat up and tugged his shirt down. "Why? Do you?"
It was nice, sitting here and seeing her like this. She looked so vulnerable on the ground, and she was beautiful in that vulnerability, though these thoughts could have come from the half-bottle in his system as much as the angle. But James couldn't resist, and his eyes wandered, taking in the sight before him. What an opportunity, one that his normal self would never have taken advantage of. Even if he had a reputation, it wasn't for being a womanizer, and he'd never had a girl beyond a single accidental night, one that she'd only planned for her own benefit.

She yawned slightly as she let her eyes close, she wasn't tired, just mighty bored. She wasn't drunk, she never got drunk. She was seriously thinking about learning to fly without a plane, though she knew it wasn't possible. "Well, you could just fly to Russia or something, that's the joy of it, you don't have to stay in one place." She flashed a toothy smile up at the male.
She let her black hair spill over her face and the graveled floor. her shirt wasn't very covering, since she didn't really care who saw her, or her body. She was a confident person. She raised her eyebrows as she noticed him looking down at her. "Like what you see?" She was a tease and everyone she had been with knew it, and James was just going to become another victim.

James shrugged, though his eyes continued to roam. Her shirt certainly didn't cover everything it should have. His gaze lingered on the revealed skin, so pale against the surrounding darkness. Nobody would see them there, not unless they came close, close enough to look... or to touch. Her dark hair rested gently against her face, a sharp contrast to her skin.
His eyes slid down from her face, back across her body, then down to her slender legs. Short and small, with a great body that looked even better through the magnifying glass of alcohol. James didn't drink. He never did. But he'd already broken that rule tonight, and the only boundary he had left was his belt. Normally that was something that would never go.
But maybe just this once.
"And if I said yes?" Because if the question needed an answer, it would certainly be a yes. He most definitely liked what he saw, and it was a lot more than he'd seen in months.

Kianna smiled softly, James was staring at her and she really liked it. She really liked attention Her pale skin was on show, and maybe she did it on purpose. She loved the attention he was giving her, because well, she hasn't had anything for a long while. She closed her eyes as grinned. She knew that no one would be able to see them, unless they got really close, close enough to touch.
Pulling herself up she turned to face him, her legs folded underneath her. As her gleaming white teeth bit at her lipsticked lips. A tempting red that contrasted with her pale skin like a snow white picture. Kianna always had a drink, she was one who had to be drunk to have a good time.
And if I said yes? She smirked before she whispered towards him. "You wouldn't be the only one." And with that she raised her eyebrow, her teeth biting at her lip once more.
OOC; Sorry it's lame.
