( P O W E R )[/COLOR] Touch of Death - just what it says. All she has to do is touch a person and it could kill them. Basicly she takes the life force of a person. Vasilisa doesn't have to physiclly touch a person but she can either breathe slowly on to a person skin, kiss, or even just saying something. Think of her as death. Her power does give her problems the souls of the people she has killed haunt her, and are stored in her mind. And with these souls come a major head ache, nosebleeds and tears of blood are a constant whenever she is bombarded with the voices of the dead that she has taken.

Touch of Life - While Vasilisa can cause death with a single touch she can also be the bringer of life. (Though this ability has yet to surface). Lissa can bring the dead back to life, but with a price. Vasilisa must split her energy and give a piece of her soul to revive the dead. Ultimatly binding herself to the person she has brought back from the dead. As well it takes enormous amounts of energy, that could kill her if over used.

( O V E R A L L )[/COLOR] Vasilisa suffers from Schizophrenia which gives her most of the time the flat affect or not being able to show any emotion. Bizarre motor behavior in which there is less reaction to the environment, False beliefs or thoughts that have nothing to do with reality (delusions), Hearing, seeing, or feeling things that are not there (hallucinations), Thoughts "jump" between unrelated topics (disordered thinking). She gets aggitated very easy and can't feel physical pain. She has alot of anger and anxiety and is very arguemenative. She is sometimes subjected to child-like behavior, inappropriate laughter, incoherence, repetitive behaviors, and social withdrawal. Vasilisa is always carrying an air of happiness with her. She is a very sweet young girl who always thinks that their is some good in everyone even if it may not appear that way. She sees the glass as half full instead of half empty. She is a very gentle girl who doesn't like violence and is very loving and motherly toward everyone. Vasilisa is terrified of people though because of her power and because she usually has no control over it. She feels guilty because of what has happened to the people she has killed because most of them die screaming and she remembers each of their screams as if they where her own. Lissa knows that she is a danger to people and so she tries to avoid them, and is very timid. She feels quite vulnerable at most times even though she wants to appear strong. She never quite got the hang of the strong look so she goes with the gentle one.

Though she is gentle and sweet she is also very fearful. She doesn't like to say it but she's very much afraid of loosing her friends the way she lost her brother. Sometimes she will fall into a lapse of silence which can last for hours. For the most part people just leave her alone when this happens because it means she's remembering her twin brother who had past away only a few years ago. Rarely will you ever see Vasilisa cry though even if she is feeling very sad she doesn't really cry. She hasn't cried since she learned of her brothers death. Honesty is a big thing with Vasilisa. She doesn't believe in lieing and will always give you a straight forward answer unless she really doesn't want to answer but then she will tell you she doesn't want to answer. Either way she will not lie to you. She doesn't like liars and will voice her opinion of you but she will make it sound as if she was being nice by telling you this. She can make even the worst insults sound sweet. Its only her nature though. She prefers to be kind to people and she doesn't like to be mean though once in a while Vasilisa will get angry though this is rarely ever seen on her. Sometimes the voices are too much for her and she looses control and has negative outbursts that seem like a temper-tantrum, but its only because she doesn't know how to deal with it.

Everyone has their faults and Vasilisa is no exception she has one large one no matter how much she tries to hide it and cover it up. Vasilisa is a very jealous person. Though she tries her very best not to show it it is still brimming right below the surface. She always questions her own self worth whenever her friends appear more interested in someone new. Lissa doesn't like the fact that she is a jealous person but she has learned to accept the fact that is very much a part of herself. That she will always be that way no matter how much she tries to break the habbit. She knows she'll just have to learn to live with it. When Vasilisa is feeling jealous you usually don't know because that constant smile is still there. Its as if nothing has really changed when underneath that so very fake smile she's inwardly asking herself if she's worth it or if someone is better than her. She wonders why she does have so many friends but usually it passes by quickly because she figures she is loved and that she does have many good friends. She is also quite intelligent, though most people wouldn't figure that seeing as she is a beauty. But the truth is she loves to read and she loves math. She is by no sense a genius but she is alot smarter than she looks.

( O V E R A L L )[/B][/COLOR] Vasilisa's mother was in Cosmetic Surgery working at the Magnolia skincare clinic in the Shibuya District of Tokyo. She was a wonderful woman to be around. She was called Rose she was an american woman with long blonde hair. She fell in love with a man named Mishima Satoshi. Satoshi treated her very well and he was a well known business man working as the chief executive of Mishima Industries. He had a big business trip coming up the next fall and so he proposed to Rose. She was so exstatic until she learned that he would be away for eight months. They spent a wonderful night together filled with passion and love. The next morning Satoshi had to leave though. He promised he would be back for her and he would make it up to her and they would be married as soon as he returned. Three months passed by for Rose before she realized she had been gaining weight. Rose became a bit worried when only a few days later she started to get morning sickness. She visited St. Luke's International Hospital because she had a close friend working there and she went and got checked out and much to her surprise she found that she was three months pregnant. Rose was so over-joyed that she sent word to Satoshi immidiatly though she knew she shouldn't be bothering him she knew very well that he had the right to know that he was going to be a father.

Only two weeks later Rose recieved a letter back from Satoshi. At first he seemed concerned but by the end of the letter he himself was over-joyed with the fact he was to be a father. He assured her that he was trying to finish up the business he had in Russia and he was hoping to be home before the baby was born. Though he made no promises Rose was quite certain that her husband to be would be their for the birth of their first child. Time seemed to go by in a flash and when she was six months pregnant she finally went back to St. Lukes to be examined and so she could find out what the gender of the baby was. To no surprise of it was a healthy baby boy. A month later she went back again to be checked only to discover she was carrying twins. One boy and one girl. Only a few days later Satoshi returned home where Rose could give the wonderful news to Satoshi. She explained to him that she was having twins. One boy and one girl. Satoshi was over-joyed that he would have a son who could continue on with the Mishima industries and also a little girl whom he could spoil. The time before their birth seemed to pass by in a flash for the in love couple. And on April first the twins where born St. Lukes General Hospital. Where they where delivered by none only than Rose's close friend. At first it appeared all was well until the male baby had trouble breathing. It appeared his lungs had not fully developed. Though he lived he would not be able to do much until his lungs grew to size. The female baby though she was quite small was quite healthy. They named her Vasilisa after Satoshi's grandmother, and the boy Kai after Rose's deceased brother. The two parents where so very happy with their new children though as it is with most parents the joy is short-lived.

As the two grew it showed that even though Kai was the more sickly of the two he was the most energetic. The first few years all he liked to do was scream. And when he could finally walk, pardon me, he didn't walk he ran. He loved to run. Though he became winded easily he loved to have his father chase after him. Vasilisa on the other hand enjoyed keeping her butt firmly on the ground until she herself could walk. She wasn't as energetic as her brother though for the most part he slowed down for his twin when he knew she wanted to play with him. They had a special bond the two of them. As it is with most twins. When the two of them turned five they both where enrolled into Kindergarden. The two of them never shyed away from one another and where always together. Kai of course loved to make new friends and he was always dragging his sister along. Though Kai was only a few minutes older he still liked to introduce Vasilisa as his baby sister when almost everyone could tell that they where twins. The black hair and green eyes as well as the angelic facial structure was a dead give away to it. Vasilisa was always the shyer of the two but soon that was broken or at least it appeared that way. People where drawn to the young black haired girl whenever she smiled. But that would all change when Vasilisa first discovered her power.

School passed by so quickly for the two of them. Kindergarden had been alot of fun but now it was really time to learn something. First grade was difficult for Kai as it seemed he had a hard time concentrating on just one thing. Later that year he would be dignosed with ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder. Meaning he has a problem with inattentiveness or trouble with concentration. While for Vasilisa it was just the oposite. She did very well in school and kept up with the rest of the children. Vasilisa tried her best to help her brother with school but even with Vasilisa's help he was distracted. When he was finally dignosed Vasilsa felt relief when he was on medication because it seemed that he was able to concentrate much more. Kai didn't want it to be known that he was an ADD child and so he made Vasilsa swear not to tell anyone. Of course she agreed. He was her twin after all. Elementary School seemed to go by in a flash and soon they where in middle school. This was where the two of them where seperated. Vasilsa was in the in crowd. While her brother was one of the jocks. Both quite popular though they weren't able to have much contact with each other in school. Vasilsa was the beauty queen and Kai was the star baseball player. Though his lungs didn't seem to act up Lissa still worried about him. Three days after their fourteenth birthday Kai had a baseball game.

Everything was going well at first and Kai's team was winning. It was his turn to bat next and Vasilisa was happily sitting in the bleachers with her friends chatting away all the while watching her brother from the corner of her eye. When she noticed the pitcher wind up for the pitch she cut herself off mid sentence and watched her brother. When the bat struck the ball with a crack Vasilisa knew it was a home run. She stood up and cheered for him but just before Kai got to second base he started to slow before he collapsed to the ground. Vasilsa was up out of her seat and yelling for someone to call an ambulence. A few moments later Aaliyah was at Kai's side holding his head as he gasped for breath. It was then that Vasilisa's power decided to surface and she felt Kai's life force leave him and empower herself. Kai screamed out in pain, Vasilisa would never forget that terrified scream of pain. Just as the ambulence was arriving Kai died in Vasilsa's arms. All the way to the hospital Vasilsa refused to let him go. Eventually Rose and Satoshi had to pry their daughter from her dead twin brother. That night Vasilsa layed in Kai's room and cried. Cried until she fell asleep clutching his pillow. It was then that his voice came to her and began to ask her questions. Why had she killed him? Why wouldn't she let go when she knew something was wrong? She couldn't answer any of these questions. She didn't know the answers. She knew she would never see her twin brother's cocky smile again. She knew that it would just be her now.

Kai's fineral was a simple one and Vasilisa shed only a few tears as her twin brother's body was layed to rest. Vasilsa became reserved and quiet for a month but then it struck her that her brother would not like to see her that way. And that he would have scolded her for being such a 'party pooper' as he would have said. Vasilsa's friends where happy to have their happy Lissa back. Though they knew that just underneath the smile she was still desperatly missing her twin brother. The year seemed to drag on for Vasilisa even though she knew she would never see her brother again she would have lapses where she would become silent and think of hearing her brother's voice once more. It was during this time that Vasilisa's power became more and more dangerous and her parents found out about it. They grew afraid of their own daughter, afraid that she would kill someone else. So they sent her away, away to Power's Academy.

( S A M P L E P O S T )[/B][/COLOR] Aaliyah was in her own little world as she tried to cool the burn from the coffee. She then flinched when someone touched her hand but the touch was gentle and she found that it didn't hurt. She smiled softly up at Ricky as she turned her head to look at him. You need to be more careful 'Li... His words send a small flush threw her system and it heated her cheeks. They slowly turned to an attractive pink as she looked up at him with her dark onyx eyes. They seemed to hold a fathomless affection as she looked at her co-worker with her gentle smile. She was good friends with this man and he always seemed to be looking out for her. She didn't understand why though, she knew she was a nice person and she got along with everyone but it still surprised her when someone was nice to her like this man was. He didn't really have a reason as far as she knew to like her. He didn't really need to like her, they worked different sides of the system, he worked with documents, she worked with guns. He was quiet and shy, she was outspoken and sweet.

But that didn't really matter did it? His scolding didn't sound mean and heartless as most people would think. To her it sounded like he was endearing her for her clumsyness. It didn't surprise her though. Most people knew about how clumsy she was and it was always the same. She was always making a mess in some way or another. People learned to steer clear of her when she had a big stack of papers because she had quite the habbit of running into people and walls when she wasn't tripping over her own feet. But thats's what happens when you mix a height challenged young woman with a ton of extra weight. Go and sit down, I'll get you a cup of coffee... She flushed again at his words.

His words just seemed to make her into a blushing idiot. She nodded once and then headed over to the couch and sat down as she craddled her hand in her lap she watched Ricky pour them two cups of coffee. She continued to smile at him though she didn't say anything not wanting to distract him and have him dump coffee on himself like she had done. She found herself smiling like an idiot as she watched him with a soft and affectionate look. She didn't know what had come over her but she was suddenly seeing Ricky in a new light and she knew that it would prove to be quite interesting if he asked her out on a date. She didn't know where in the world that thought had come from and it caused her blush to deepen by degree's. What in the world had gotten into her?

When he came back over and sat beside her on the couch she wondered if she should be the one to ask him but at the moment she was feeling so very shy and she knew that she wouldn't be able to tell him that she was starting to like him. A lot. Aaliyah's eyes widened when he took her hand in his as she turned to look at him her knee touching his as she then smiled softly. I'm guessing this is thanks to yet another double all-nighter Li? She laughed sweetly at his words. There where small dark smudges under her eyes to show that she was quite literally exhausted and had been working hard for Summer and Charlie. She nodded before she spoke. "I had to finish this one case and I found the right gun finally for the Jasmine case that i've been working. The other three cases I finished off last night." She said sweetly before she let out a small yawn.
