( J O B ) Professional photographer, musician, owner of a popular blog based around reviewing everything, part-time athlete (though not in the traditional sense). Note that these are all part time jobs and they all come and go. The only thing that he really does all the time is his blog, other things are centered around how much time he has and what he feels like doing that day. Generally, his music and his athletics come after photography and his blog. His blog doesn't take much time to update, so his photography is probably his first and foremost job.

( P O W E R ) Subconscious precognition sounds awesome and cool and all that, but really, what it boils down to isn't that impressive. All things taken into consideration, all Ace is capable of is telling the future, subconsciously, about a minute or so ahead, and only about the things in his line of sight. He can't pull these up by will, but he always seems to make rather good choices. However, this power is based more around his body than his mind. He knows when he's going to come into bodily harm, he knows his limits, and he knows whether or not he should dodge something as well as where the thing is he should dodge and so on, but he isn't capable of having godly people skills. While he's talking, his focus is concentrated on the other person. While freerunning, one of his most favored activities, he's focusing on himself and thus his powers come into play. When in a fight, his adrenaline is racing and he starts to become aware of just about everything, his powers are in play there. Basically, his powers turn on and off by their own will, and “their own will" means that they're off whenever he's having a conversation that he's focusing on. He tends to drift away and be a little absent minded, however, and his powers make him less able to multitask. In fact, he's downright awful at multitasking. It's not bad to the point where, if he's chewing gum and walking he'll either trip and break his leg or dislocate his jaw trying to chew too big, but it's bad enough that he can't work on two things at the same time. He has to get one thing done and move on. This doesn't mean he isn't a quick thinker, or capable of planning a series of activities. In fact, just the opposite, those are come of his strengths. It just means that he has a bit of difficulty doing two things at once.
It may seem cool to be able to dodge anything, and Ace would agree. But he would agree sadly because he cannot dodge everything. Punches? No sweat, he could do that in his sleep. Cars? Now that's kind of difficult but he'll manage to get away. Bullets? Nope, no, and ouch. He cannot dodge bullets or anything moving at a similar speed. This depends on whether or not he notices what's happening, which his absent-mindedness sort of... Interferes with. If someone comes at him from behind and punches him in the back of the head, Ace is going down. If someone holds a gun up to his face and pauses a bit before pulling the trigger, Ace is going to duck under it at the last possible moment to avoid being shot point blank in the face. His power is very situational and depends on many things. Let's recount: How far away the object is, how aware he is of his surroundings, how fast the object is traveling, how many things he's trying to dodge at once. If some of those factors are less than satisfactory, then he's going to have a less than satisfactory job dodging. If ones of those is a simple “nope", then it would be like multiplying by zero. He won't be able to dodge it at all.

( L I K E S ) MUSIC - Being a musician, it’s kind of necessary. Still, he loves music of all kinds.
PHOTOGRAPHY - He thinks it’s kind of romantic to capture a moment in time.
SHARING HIS OPINIONS - His quick wit helps with this, he likes sharing what he has to say. One of the reasons for his blog.
FREERUNNING - Probably his biggest passion. He hopes one day this will get him somewhere.
SPICY FOOD - He just adores spicy things.
GREEN TEA - He can’t explain why, but he just... Likes it.
DOING WHAT HE WANTS - He hates being told what to do.
PETS - He loves animals and has enough pets to make that little fact known.
PEOPLE HE CAN TRUST - Some people just give him the creeps. Other people exude an air of trustworthiness. Ace likes the latter.
B MOVIES - So bad they're good.
( D I S L I K E S ) PEOPLE WHO DON’T SHUT UP - God.
NARCISSICM - Really? It’s stupid.
NOT GETTING SLEEP - Is the worst.
STRONG SMELLS - Of any kind. Ew.
MEAT - Vegetarian.
CONFRONTATIONS - No thanks.
SAYING/DOING/LISTENING TO THE SAME THING - Just stop.
BOREDOM - He dislikes it more than an average person.
LISTENING TO OTHER PEOPLE’S PROBLEMS - It’s awful to dislike this, but he really could go without the pity party.
BREAKING THINGS - Anything. Bones, possessions, it’s not fun.
( S T R E N G T H S ) ATHLETIC - His power helps in this, definitely.
SNEAKY - In the sense that he can sneak around really well. Not the sneaky kind of person.
CREATIVE - Thinking outside the box!
CALM - Zenlike. Not really. But he is pretty calm.
WEIRD TALENTS - That nobody would really use in real life. Rapping really quickly, knowing all the capitals of every country on the map, a treasure chest of worthless trivia... He's weird.
( W E A K N E S S E S ) SARCASTIC - Could possibly be seen as disrespectful at times.
IMAGE - He just... Looks like a slacker.
MOTIVATION - Or lack thereof. Maybe he is a slacker.
SOCIALLY... ODD - He never joined a particular group, nor did he have a best friend. Ever.
MISCONCEPTIONS - He has his own. He tends to judge people and keeps those judgments even though they may prove it false.
( H O B B I E S / H A B I T S ) THE SIGH - Oh, the sigh. He's perfected it.
HANDS IN POCKETS - All the time. Even if he's wearing something without pockets, he'll find a way to improvise something pocket-like for his hands.
UHHHHH - Uhh, well, I guess... He uses a lot of pause words sometimes.
( F E A R S ) DEATH - Him, his parents, his friends, he is afraid of death more than anything else.
DEEP WATER - Fun fact, he never learned to swim.
( S E C R E T S ) BISEXUAL - But no trannies, ew.
VIRGIN - Sadface.
( O V E R A L L ) Ace is, in a word, cool. He just has the air about him, the walk, everything that just emanates self-confidence and the cool factor. He's charismatic and funny, but only to some people. His style of humor and communication in general may not be well-received by everyone. If people don't like him, he deals with it. Basically, he's one of the most polite people you'll meet. His pacifism, vegetarianism, and his laid-back demeanor combine to make almost a creepy kind of personality. He's quick to laugh, but his laugh is usually quiet and almost subdued. He's generally a quiet, soft-spoken person, preferring to sit back and let others decide what to do. If you get along with him, he'll consider you a great friend. If not, then you're a potential friend to him. He gets along well with the younger crowds, but has no problem being friendly with older people. He's not cocky or arrogant.
Another thing that people don't usually see is his drive. He's a very motivated person- given the subject is something that interests him. He could go on for hours talking about things that he likes and things that he's interested in, but the second he has to talk to someone about algebra or something he'll tune out and focus on something else. He's also dedicated to those things he likes, mainly his jobs. He liked everything he does for a living, and manages to live rather well. He considers himself lucky and blessed to have such a great life. He's an optimist through and through and prefers not to let things get to him for too long. All in all, Ace is a cool guy who's knowledgeable in things he likes. Oh, and he absolutely loves socializing and frequently walks around on the streets aimlessly, just looking for something to happen.
LEANING NOW INTO THE BREEZE, REMEMBERING SUNDAY HE FALLS TO HIS KNEES.

Rockwell, a year old male American Longhair cat gotten from an animal shelter. Montgomery (Nicknamed Monty), a two and a half year old cockatiel, gotten because his parents got one from a friend and later found out that the father was allergic to birds. Three month-old dwarf hamsters, two females and a male, named Thelma, Louise, and Ansgar (the Conquerer). All his animals get along splendidly, the two dogs in particular. They’re all very friendly, but Rockwell’s a bit cautious around new people. The hamsters are crazy.
( O V E R A L L ) Ace Orosco was born on a cold, sleepy January day. It was a few days after New Years and his parents were already preparing for the new year to come. Ace was a very active child, and rarely stopped moving about. Oh, and I should probably mention that he was born on the kitchen floor in his parents' cramped apartment in Compton, California. His parents wanted to move away from the notoriously bad neighborhood, which was where they grew up and lived their whole lives. So, they moved about a lot, never giving Ace a good chance to settle down and make some best friends. So, he simply did what he could and made a lot of friends while he could as they moved along. Eventually, his parents found a lovely little place called St. Michaels, and that's where Ace spent all his years past twelve. Ironically, the year he moved to St. Michaels was the year he found out that he had something special about him.
He found this out from a simple challenge proposed to him by his parents. He and his parents always had a great relationship, and they did things like this often. This time, they had a good sized glass of soy sauce. He would flip a coin, Ace would call it, and they would drink spoonfuls of soy sauce accordingly. Ace's subconscious precognition kicked in and he was able to call every single coinflip. Afterwards, his mother sat him down and they flipped the coin for quite a while. She concluded that something special was happening to Ace. Power's Academy came next.
His years at Power's were filled with a general apathy towards schoolwork (but solid C+'s at the very least) and a marked excitement for anything powers-related. He got into freerunning at this time, and was always running and flipping on things, much to the delight of his classmates. They found it cool to watch, he found it fun to do. And he was good. Much better than anyone at his age should be, but that was his power coming up. He ended up leaving Power's with great control over his power and went onto a two year photography college. He spent no time returning and purchasing a modest house in St. Michael's, and he had been living his life as best as he could ever since. He learned to handle money rather well and has been paying off his debts little by little, but he considers himself financially stable. And so, he acquired his pets. He loves them all and considers them his best decision out of everything he' ever done.
( S A M P L E P O S T ) Ace woke up. That happened every single day, as it had for a while and it would for a while still. He was glad. He was glad that he was up, he was glad that his dogs, his hamsters, his bird and his cat were all asleep. He was even glad that his cat had decided to use his chest as a bed. But what he wasn’t glad for was getting up. Ugh. It was awful, especially since the bed was so comfortable and so warm and so amazing in every way... But... He needed to start his day. And what better way to start a day with a nice, warm breakfast? Or, on the other hand, he could always just have some cereal. Later. Because for now, he was going to lay here for a bit. Soak up all the warmth he wanted before he got up and started his day once more. What did he have to do today? All signs pointed to nothing. He found that awesome. Nothing to do meant a whole day of surfing the internet, running around, playing catch with the dogs, teaching Monty how to rap... He had been progressing nicely. He got a verse down, and Ace couldn’t have been more ecstatic.
Rockwell, his cat, opened its eyes slowly and groggily, almost sensing that Ace was awake. He then proceeded to stare at Ace. And Ace stared right back. This was a staring contest. A duel. A match of wits, in which only the victor could- oh, wait, no, he just jumped off the bed. Ace chuckled a bit and got up with the cat, slipping on a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie. Today was a bum day. He yawned and wiped his eyes, making his way out of the bedroom.
”Good morning!” called a familiar voice. Monty's, of course. It was always nice to wake up to something like that every morning. "Good morning to you, too," came the reply from the human. "Whee!" Ace never claimed that the bird was capable of conversing. He left some food for Monty to munch on at his discretion, and sooner than he knew it, his dogs were up, wagging their tails and greeting Ace the only way they could- bombarding him. Ace laughed a bit more, petting them a bit and leading them outside. He opened the door and out they went. They were good dogs, they never went where they shouldn't.That was always a good thing. Ace must have somehow telepathically convinced them not to do out into the road. He must be the dog whisperer. Except the real one. That could totally be a secondary power, right? That happened, right? He pondered heading up to Power's just for a visit. Maybe freak them out. Oh no, who is this dark-haired, good-looking stranger? Why, it's only the school favorite forever, Ace! Ha, cool wish. He'd probably be vaporized or shredded to bits by the gate or something. Though, he could swear he'd seen some of those new Power's kids walking around the town. Nothing had changed. Ace wanted coffee.
He flipped it on and began to make his coffee, his cat hopping up on the counter to watch what he was doing. "Hey, what're you doin', get down from there. You're a cat. You don't even know how to make coffee." It meowed in response, and Ace took that as a ‘You don't, either.' Ace had made coffee every morning for a while now, and he would not be upstaged by a cat!
