 CLARISSA AMBER GIROUX!!!!! Aw, poor little orphan Clarissa. =O her parents disappeared when she was two years old, and she was bounced around from foster home to foster home for the next eleven years until she was finally kicked out of her last house (like many of her evictions from houses, due to her strange abilities) at the age of thirteen. When she was sixteen she was discovered by a graduate of Power's Academy, who then got her a place at the school for halfway through her sophomore year. She's now sixteen years old and nearing one full year at the academy.
Clarissa does not deal well with authority and rules, having been without them for most of her life. (Her foster parents always left her alone) She skips school all of the time, and this is where her power comes in handy. She's a duplicator. She can make exact copies of herself, and sends them to her classes so teachers are never any the wiser of her skipping habit.
 Clarissa is a self proclaimed loner. She doesn't socialize much. She hates jocks. She hates cheerleaders. She hates people who are overly curious or overly cheerful. To be honest, there aren't many people who she likes. But it is possible to break through her shell, if you are willing to put in the effort. She's fierce and defends the people she likes to the end. So if you're willing to try and put up with her, she can be a damn good friend.
Love... it's something Clarissa has never experienced. She's never had a boyfriend. Living on the streets didn't allow that of her, and since she doesn't socialize much at the school she never really met a guy she would date. I do think that it would be pretty awesome to get her a boyfriend, though. Maybe one with a similar rebellious troublemaker attitude as her? Maybe one without? I think many things could work. But yeah, a boyfriend would be pretty neat.
If your character could be classified as a 'cheerleader', 'jock', 'goth', 'bubbly', or many others, type, they and Clarissa could very well not get along. Enemies are fun. <3

Well, I see these two have a lot in common! Maybe I could offer my guy, noland as a love interest?
He is a loner too, his power is wind manipulation, he hates cliques as scene, emo, goths and so on. He has been abandoned at the age of twelve by his parents. He is also a bit of a rebel, hating homework and studying so I guess he wouldn't be in class that much.

Hm... Nathan isn't really any of the above. Not in a clique. Certainly not bubbly. Not really social. Maybe friends? I can imagine them hanging out: sitting in silence and staring into space. Best buds. xD

I must have created a monster of a character, seeing as I can never seem to say "I see these two as being great friends". Although Lucas is not an emo, certainly not the jock type and not bubbly, I still don´t see them becoming BFFs. To most people Lucas is perceived as arrogant (okay, he really is arrogant), condescending, and self-assured. If the people he meets aren´t interested in finding out more about him, this is generally the only thing they will discover.
He can also be fun to hang out with in certain specific situations, however. Lucas loves to sneak out and head down to St. Michaels for a party, and will generally put his snarky attitude on hold if anyone want´s to join his break out attempts.
So... Mostly I´d bet they don´t get along too well, but it would be great if anyone would want to join a "let´s bust this place" thread at some point in time.
Any thoughts?

Well, I'm new here, so sorry if this is intruding, but maybe her and Angelique could be friends? Because you see, Angelique doesn't really talk much, and when she does it's in a whisper. I could maybe see her sketching Clarissa or something?

@lucas: No, you haven't created a monster. Clarissa's just picky. I could see them kind of being... partners in crime, in a way. Like not really friends, but they could sneak out of the school once or twice together. ^^ @angelique: Pfft, you're not intruding. I could see them being friends. It might take a while for Clarissa to warm up to Angelique, though, but if Angeliqiue doesn't run away if Clarissa snaps at her at first they could be close. |

I feel like Clarissa and Kaiser might not get along so well. xD Since he is the bubbly, cheerful kid who loves to go out in the sun and play around. It might be fun to play around with them and see how their relationship goes. Up to you ^^

Hm... you say you're looking for a boyfriend for her?
James is a junior, but he goes to SM... if Clarissa ever snuck out, I could see them meeting, and he would probably think it was pretty cool that she was willing to do that, even if she didn't say where she'd come from. For all he knows, maybe she just climbed out the window at her latest foster family's house.
He's been in foster care for years, so he would definitely understand what she went through, since he's still dealing with it. James is also kind of a trouble-maker, gets in a lot of fights, things like that, and he'd love to hang out with someone similar.
So yeah. Love interests/friends/something?

Unfortunately, I made a wanted ad for a love interest plot for her, and Spike answered it, so she's officially unavailable. =\ Sorry! But I do love James, and I think that he's one of the few people that Clarissa could easily become friends with. So good friends, maybe? =D There could always be a possibility for a bit of fun jealousy drama with Eric, Clarissa, and James later, too.
