See!!
You’re so cheap and this isn’t like you I can’t get used to it now, It makes me dizzy, why Who’s breaking up with who You’re breaking up with me Think it over before you say it, yeah
The blue Jeally Bean looking ear buds poked out of her ears since her hair was up for once. Her blond bangs were down with a few other pieces on the side but not enough to show the ear buds. And as for the iPod itself, well Remy had that in the pocket of her shorts. Anyone who even walked anywhere near her could hear the song that was originally Korean being blasted at full volume in English.
A guy that used to follow me around, a very decent guy I let everything go for you alone Who’s breaking up with who You’re breaking up with me Try living without me, yeah
Her phone vibrated from where it was in her boot. But she didn't feel it as she moved through the lunch line, completely ignoring what the cafeteria staff even had to say to her. She just grabbed food after food and let it stack up on her tray. Two pieces of pizza, a bottle of coke, bag of chips, jello, pudding and some other random stuff she wasn't sure what it was but she'd eat it anyway. Remy ate more than a normal girl should when she missed breakfast and dinner last night. She was too busy kicking around the soccer ball to notice the lunch bell. She actually noticed it this time so her ball was in her back pack.
I’ll meet someone so much better I’ll make you regret it all Sadness is only for now, boy Cause love is over Love, love is over tonight
Go go away Go away Go away Go away
Slowing her place, and ignoring the cashiers attempts to tell her she couldn't all the food she did, she placed some lunch money on the silver thing you slide your plates across and walked through the lunch room. For most people finding a place to sit would be easy. But Remy didn't have many friends. She liked to think she did but in all retrospect... Remy was quite anti-social.
Taking a breath and taking out the ear buds and took a seat at an empty table. She didn't quite care about friends lately. She wondered if that a normal thing to do or not. Actually... she didn't quite care. She started eating her jello and plugged the ear buds back into her ears.

- - - - - - - - - - - - The roar of the many bodies crammed within the cafeteria as lunch time rolled around caused mind to flinch and body to shudder noticeably. She hated, once more, HATED eating in the damn cafeteria when it was this crammed. Anxiety pattered within veins just a touch while gaze flickered about and like any normal human being that hated so many people in one space she had head phone tucked neatly within her ears. Not even one bit noticeable as long locks tossed about in a wavy fall down her back and shoulders concealing black cords that slid within her ipod that was tucked in her back pocket. Yet even with the murmur of comforting music and thrumming chords she could still hear faint mumbles of conversations since the whole place was just over flowing with them.
Slender fingers and quick hands slid a bowl of diced fruit along with a salad and a bottle of green tea on her tray as she got jostled a bit within the line, eyes were vacant though as she seemed to step outside of herself to get away from the damn people. Mechanically she dropped money to awaiting cafeteria lady then teetered her way elegantly towards a some what empty table, not really paying attention at first as to who was there, all she knew was that the table wasn't packed with screaming and twittering girls and grunting guys.
Table set quietly upon surface while she seemed to fold herself within seats small expanse to try and make her self minuscule to avoid receiving attention from anyone or anything that would lead any sort of commotion. Did Haven have friends? Yes a few she supposed but no one she really clicked with, she would chatter mindlessly to people and just be friendly, but when thrown into a HUGE group situation she became closed off and unsure of herself.
Light gray vision then picked up as she stabbed at her salad to the girl she had sat down with. She seemed just as enthused with this place as Haven as ear buds shocking blue stood out on her person and Haven could just manage the beats of the loud music over her own. the girl had the distinct look of "scene" about her though labels weren't Haven's things. People were who they are not what they decided to dress like. On her bright colors screamed and clashed while cute little add ons attracted Haven's gaze along with her dyed hair. No judgment was passed, just a quick one two to see who the person was by face.
Notebook and pen slid from her tray and she ripped a page out scribbling on it quickly before shoving it towards the caught up unknown girl. Her writing was a flourish of cursive with a tilted flare engaged into it as it's smallness barely touched the page
"Hope you don't mind me sitting here... everywhere else was just too cramped. I'm Haven."
With that she returned to her plate and began drawing on another page with she nibble at fruit, intricate drawings of animals blooming forth with quick swipes of a pencil and wrist.

See!!
Remy was too enticed in the K-pop greatness of 2NE1 and their song Go away to notice anything around her. She ate her jello slowly, trying to diguest the icky purple 'goop' in the plastic cup. So maybe Remy only got so much food so she could store it in baggies, put it in the tiny fridge in her dorm room and eat there tonight instead of going to dinner. She didn't mind cold food. Hell, when she was younger her mother didn't cook very often so she found herself eating lots of cold left overs... Finally she pushed the now empty jello cup away and bit into her pizza, only letting her eyes flicker to the chair that moved across from her for a second.
She moved her head to the beat of the song before noticing a paper being slid in front her. Instead of reading it she looked at the owner with calculating eyes. Ignoring the fact her song ended and it changed to the same one but in Korean this time, she let her eyes look the pretty girl up and down. Maybe this girl was a prep there to screw with her... not that that would completely be surprising. In all the movies she had seen, and what she's lived through here, all the preppy girls did stupid shit the the unsuspecting victim.
Remy first caught the necklace. It looked origami but was really just a metal crane. Then she looked at the tube top, skinny jeans and then the shoes. Finally what probably seemed like an hour for the poor girl, Remy looked at her face. The girl was pretty. She was probably every guys fantasy.
Silently she unscrewed the top of the bottle of coke and then took out a glittery silver ink pen and began scribbling in neat print her letter back.
I don't mind... I'm Remy. Nice to meet cha.
Remy wouldn't completely mind if this was how they only communicated. Talking just seemed so normal lately that just a simple passed note during lunch seemed so bizarre she was happy to comply.
