( P O W E R )[/COLOR] Creation of Insects/Arachnids: He is able to create, communicate with and control insects/arachnids. When creating these insects they form on his skin and then crawl or fly off once completely formed. He is limited to creating insects that are in the real world, meaning no fictional insects/arachnids. At this point because he doesn’t have much control over his abilities he can only create one kind of insect/arachnid at a time, and only in smaller quantities. He also can not change the size of these creatures, so he can't make them bigger then they would be naturally. The insects/arachnids he does create are sentient and can act on their own, but can never harm him. This allows for him to have full conversations with these creatures. It also takes him a lot of energy to create larger amounts of these creatures to the point where he might pass out if he pushes himself too far. Lastly he is able to make these creations disappear at any point he wants, but he doesn't like to do that.

Wants to make friends but is not good at it
( O V E R A L L )[/COLOR] Max is a bit of a shut in, never liking to leave his room but will if he has to. He will normally only leave for school and stuff like that. He's a loner by choose or so he lets people believe, but the truth is he is just not good at holding a conversation and people tend to get freaked out by his powers acting up. Even so he tends to be rude at times, mainly because he is oblivious to the things happening around him so he might ignore somebody walk right though a group of people with out asking them if they could move. Why is he like this? Well it because of his nature affinity to focus on one thing at a time and shun everything else until he is done with the first thing he is focused on.
He is also cranky most of the time, being as he never likes leaving his room and thus when ever he is outside he tends to snap at people if they bug him. Although he is not too bad in his room, he can be a bit of a jerk but that only because he doesn’t know any better, not having much experience with friends. Even with all his rude behaviour he would be willing to try and fix it for a friend, maybe something more then a friend, really just some who can get by his abrasive attitude and would still want to be around him or even like him.

( O V E R A L L )[/B][/COLOR] Max is a born and raised city boy, he was even born in one of the most famous cities in the world New York. He loves the fact that he was born in New York, he loved being raised in an apartment and having anything he needed or wanted just a short subway ride away. His parents loved him, and his life was going alright until the day that his powers started to show up. It was around his fifth birthday that they started, at first he would just summon without meaning to and he would only ever some like a fly or the odd bee. But as he aged he started to bring forth more and more bugs and because he started to know more about insects and arachnids he started to some more dangerous ones, like scorpions and black widows. It was at this point that his parents started to take not of the weird things that where happening around there son, but the keep going as if it didn't happen because they loved him.
Although the fact that he had power that involved bugs it made it very hard for him to make and keep friends as he would tend to almost always have a bug on him somewhere. This meant he spent most of his day in his room entertaining himself, which he minded at first but as time went and he got into video games he started to like it. This was the start of his anti-social behaviour, and spending all his money on video games, comics, and most everything a geeky kid could want.
So life went on as normal for a while, and everything seemed fine but Max's parents where starting to get annoyed more and more by the insect infestation in there house and that there son would never leave his room. It got to the point where they would start to snap at him for everything, and because of this there relationship was getting strained. Over time Max started to hate them, and stopped talking to them in the last few years before he went to powers.
This conflict came to a head one night, well Max was having a a bad nightmare and his powers activated along with it. This powers created a swarm of termites that crawled off his body and onto the ground. They then started to eating everything wood in sight, destroying their entire apartment, and forcing them to move. They also had to pay for all the damages, and this was the last straw. Max's parents then started there search for a place to seen their troublesome son. So on his 10th birthday he was sent to live at and attend Power's Academy, where he has been ever since.
