( P O W E R )[/COLOR] Kinetic Energy Reversal – Faith has the ability to reverse the physical forces causing something to move. Anything in motion that this power is used on immediately begins to travel in the exact opposite direction, with the exact same amount of force, speed, and momentum. This power is primarily used by touching a person or object, but can activate as a reaction to an object or object rapidly approaching her once it gets within a few feet. Faith does not have much control of this power yet and it activates more than she would like. The objects or people affected by this power are not harmed by the sudden change in inertia, but can become harmed if their new path takes them in the way of something they would not have hit otherwise.

( O V E R A L L )[/COLOR] Faith is a kind, sensible girl with a deep reverence for nature and all things Wicca. She tries her best to stop and pick up litter where she sees it, and encourages people not to if possible and wears clothing made of all natural fibres. She enjoys running more than almost anything, and does so every day. Soccer is her favourite sport and it is easy to see why. She plays goalie most often thanks to her unique gifts and general physical abilities, but she isn't afraid to leave the net and chase the ball away. Fearless is anther way one could describe her. Faith tackles all her problems head on and with no hesitations. She is also very proud of her religion, and while not preachy, she tries to promote it's values when she can. She is not opposed to other religions and believes that every religion has it's merits. She does not believe that one should follow doctrine religiously, common sense should be used and sadly is not.. The atrocities committed in the name of a higher power disgust and offend her to the core. Lastly, she is not fond of the reactionary aspect of her powers, which she otherwise views as a wonderful gift for the gods. Faith is afraid she will one day seriously injure, or even kill someone with her gifts and struggles to master them as quickly as she can.

( O V E R A L L )[/B][/COLOR] Faith was born to Wiccan parents who met in high school, and was born barely after they had graduated. Jacob and Summer struggled with food, jobs,school, and child rearing but managed to keep afloat while Summer completed her education and started her practice. Jacob became something of a stay at home dad and became really enthusiastic about organic produce and started his own garden at home. Faith's earliest and best memories are working in the dirt with her father as he taught her about the importance of nature as tutored her in the ways of their gods. Summer and Faith were so enthralled with this garden that they convinced Jacob to start his own produce store with the little savings they had. The business soon took off and the Matthews had an entire chain of organic grocery stores under their names.
The money did not change the values and priorities of the family however, and Faith grew up humble and respectful. She was very active and playful as a child, always running from place to place, sitting still when only she must. Faith didn't have the best grades, and the other children always thought she was a little odd, but she grew up happy and had more than enough friends. Things didn't go bad for her until she turned 10... Faith was playing soccer at an inter-city tournament when the ball was kicked way out of bounds. Being the closest to the ball, Faith quickly offered to go get the ball. It had rolled out into the street and no cars were coming... so Faith felt comfortable running out to get the ball. As she bent down in the middle of the road, a drunk driver peeled around the corner and speed directly into her. Faith barely had time to look up. The car seemed to be approaching in slow motion and Faith closed her eyes just before the car hit.... But nothing happened. The car had ended up backwards in a tree and Faith was fine. Too bad the entire audience of the game had seen...
Things got bad fast... Kids were already wary of her for her odd clothes and her religion now they were outright terrified of her. Parents started spreading rumours of her and her family being legitimate witches and their children picked up on the hatred and prejudice and began to act out against Faith. Her powers protected her from the physical abuse but the words hurt the most, she stopped going to school for a while and her parents were torn up to see their wonderful little girl in such pain. They began to search out a possible solution but none could be found for the longest time. Summer and Jacob had finally made a breakthrough on her 12th birthday. They had made contact with the Power's Academy and had enrolled Faith for the next school year. Faith was overjoyed! She could finally be in a place where other children were like her. . She was so happy that she managed to finish the current school year back in a legitimate classroom. Things were looking up...
