Chloe makes friends easily and by most peoples standards would be considered popular. She hates how people flock toward her to try and reap some social status from her own and she hates being popular in general since she can see right through the fake smiles she receives. She likes to hand around people she can trust and is often thought to be a snob like every other popular pretty blonde girl. Chloe finds it hard to start conversations at times but has no problem keeping one up. Chloe has watched many people at Power grow up along side herself and has become aware of what people think of her. She could care less what other think about her. She likes to have friends she can trust and friends that can trust her. She has a great sense of humor and tends to flirt without really noticing it. She loves having her close group of friends and would do anything to stand up for what she thinks is right, even if it means she will get in trouble later.

Chloe makes enemies easily not based on her actions but mostly on what they think they know about her. She gets judged really fast and labeled so many people dislike her for what they figure she must be like. She isn't fake about disliking people either and only really hates someone based on their negative attitudes, being fake or being a bully. She is a big fan of justice and she dislikes not being able to help others. She has a hard time accepting people can change and is skeptical that someone can stand up for justice when they once caused the injustice. Chloe is also very competitive and especially since she is so intelligent she finds it fun to out compete others in her classes. She doesn't gloat about her marks but she works hard for them in hopes of being a doctor. Chloe hates group projects since she is a perfectionist and tends to deny failure in school and thrives for greatness. Clearly some people have a problem with her being an over achiever as well.
L O V E S
Chloe is as innocent as they come. She has never really made out with anyone or even had her first kiss yet because of her power. She shys away from physical contact because she hates her power so much so she resorts to gloves. It doesn't stop her from having her crushes or her fair of flirting or looking. Chloe wants to be in a relationship but has come to accept the fact that she can never really be in one. She is a little bitter when it comes to love and hates seeing happy couples because she is jealous.
